Planlægning

Verkís takes pride is producing detailed work plans. A project is broken down according to an established system (WBS) into smaller components, which are defined for each service and organised on the basis of set objectives and preconditions.

The results of cost estimates are transferred to the work plan in the form of costs and man-hours to produce a resource-loaded work schedule. This ensures correspondence between cost estimates and work schedules for each component.

Verkís employs various kinds of software to produce construction schedules. The project management software Primavera P6 is the first option for larger projects, but in many cases, we also use Microsoft Project, if appropriate. However the quality of a work plan is not determined by the tool that is used, but rather the experience that our planners bring to a job after decades of work on highly diverse projects.
